SUPPORT GROUPS

Support Group: Programs

Due to NSW's 2020 restrictions, support groups have undertaken transformative changes. Social-distanced group sessions have been implemented to ensure the safety of visitors is recognised and acknowledged.

Along with this, individual progress diaries are supplied and encouraged to visually reflect on weekly themes and questions.

High Fives

WE ARE HERE FOR YOU

We believe that a creative approach illuminates self-expression in different forms.

Domestic violence victims are offered a safe networking environment in order to find support, overcome and grow from their circumstances.

The feedback from this program has been successful and we welcome new visitors with open arms weekly. One session is offered daily at various times, ensuring flexibility and options for each circumstance.

This program aligns with features on our app to assist with communication, consistency and mental wellbeing.

After COVID-19 restrictions have eased, we plan to showcase the art and stories in a gallery event (with individual approval, of course). This will assist victims in sharing their story, meeting new connections with the possibility of an artistic career path being recognised.
